Whilst IANC works hard to prevent any or all errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.

The material on this website is owned by or licensed to IANC and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics.

Pricing

Payments between the IANC and the users are handled by Stripe, Inc and Paypal. All prices for IANC's services are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made; once an agreement is made between IANC and a user the price is fixed unless stated. All prices are exclusive of VAT. The user has the right to cancel a subscription at any time.
Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we will verify the cost at the point of payment. If you cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund but will be able to access all features until the term expires. There is no obligation to continue your subscription unless pre-agreed in the contract.

Consultations calls will be paid for in advance, if no payment is received before the indicated time slot the consultation will not go ahead. IANC have the right to cancel consultations calls without notice. If this happens due to a scheduling error on IANC's part then the cost of the call will be refunded to the user. If the user misses their scheduled time slot they will not be able to rebook for free. If you are running late you must let the member of IANC hosting the call know as soon as possible. If there is a ‘no show’ the appointment will be cancelled after 50% of the time has elapsed, no refund shall be given.
